Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 999ar platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. 999ar uses technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 999ar will close the additional account(s), void any associated bonuses, and may restrict or close all associated accounts at its sole discretion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 999ar account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you accept full responsibility for any such activity.
In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your 999ar account, you must notify the 999ar support team immediately at [email protected]. 999ar will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to safeguard their credentials or has delayed reporting a suspected breach.

999ar does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits received from unverified or third-party sources may be held pending investigation and returned to the originating payment method.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted via the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that method for withdrawals. 999ar aims to process approved withdrawal requests — particularly those via JazzCash and EasyPaisa — within five minutes of approval for verified accounts. Processing times for bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, MCB) may be subject to standard interbank clearing times.

All transactions on the 999ar platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 999ar does not charge currency conversion fees for PKR transactions. Players depositing from payment methods denominated in a currency other than PKR may be subject to conversion fees applied by their payment provider — 999ar accepts no liability for such third-party charges.
999ar offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and enhanced sports betting odds for PSL and other cricket fixtures. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds credited to a 999ar account are subject to a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating the total value of qualifying wagers that must be placed before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible game contributions, and time limits are stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms page.
999ar does not tolerate bonus abuse in any form. The following behaviours constitute bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus and, in serious or repeated cases, account suspension:
Bonus funds and associated free spins that are not used within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion terms will expire and be removed from the player's account automatically. 999ar will not reinstate expired bonuses except at its sole discretion in cases of documented technical error.

Game results are fair, unpredictable, and cannot be influenced by the player, by 999ar, or by any third party. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a player's device and the result recorded on 999ar's servers, the server record shall be deemed conclusive. 999ar is not liable for gaming session interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side. Where a disconnection occurs mid-game, the session will be resolved according to the game's built-in disconnect handling protocol.

In summary, 999ar collects personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and responsible gaming obligations. 999ar does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third-party service providers only where necessary to provide the services described in these Terms.
999ar reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, 999ar will provide notice to registered players via email to the address registered on the account, or via a prominent notice on the 999ar platform, at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect — except where immediate amendment is required by regulatory obligation or to prevent fraud, in which case changes may take effect immediately.
